Creators Agreement

Welcome to Auqot.com. This Creators Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you, as a creator, coach, instructor, or seller e.t.c. (collectively referred to as “Creator”), use our platform, Auqot, to host, manage, and sell your content. using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please review them carefully, as they may be updated periodically.

 

1. Introduction

 

1.1 Agreement Overview:

This Agreement governs your rights and responsibilities when using Auqot.com, including content management, payment terms, and how we handle content deletion and platform access.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms:

accessing or using Auqot.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue use of our services.

 

2. Subscription Packages and Pricing

 

2.1 Packages And Pricing:

2.2 Free Trial Period

Auqot offers a free trial period of three or more days. The details of this trial period will be clearly indicated during the subscription checkout process. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, the subscription fee will be automatically debited from your account.

 

3. Content Management and Payment Default Terms

 

3.1. Content Hosting and Access:

If you have an active creator account, Auqot provides a platform for you to upload, manage, and sell your content at your desired price.

You can upload and manage your contents at anytime on our website auqot.com using your creator portal or any portal provided by us to you at any time.

Your content will remain accessible to users who have purchased it, even if you default on payment obligations. However, if you default, your account will be downgraded to a free plan, limiting access to premium features and management tools.

3.2. Default on Payments:

If your account defaults on payments:

– Account Downgrade: Your account will be downgraded to a free plan, restricting access to certain features.

– Content Access: Your content will still be accessible to users who have purchased it, but you may lose access to content management tools.

– Payment Resolution: To restore full access, you must settle any outstanding payments. Contact our support team before your subscription expires to address payment issues. Funds from new sales will first be used to cover any defaults, with remaining funds available for withdrawal based on our payout schedule.

3.3 Creator-Requested Deletion:

You may request to delete your content from Auqot’s platform under the following conditions:

– Unpurchased Content: The content must not have been purchased by users.

– Content Consumption Verification: We must receive confirmation from learners or buyers that they have successfully and efficiently consumed the content they purchased, if applicable.

3.4. Auqot’s Rights to Contents:

Auqot reserves the right to delete,  edit or remove any content from the platform at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

– Violations: Content that violates our terms or policies.

– Security and Compliance: Content that may pose a threat to platform security or does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

– Quality Assurance: We may not instruct you on pricing, however being the middle man we bare some responsibility to your customers, and for this reason we would not approve any substandard or inappropriate content.

 

4. Currency Terms

 

4.1. Default Currency:

Our website’s default currency is the United States Dollar (USD). All product pricing and transactions are set in this currency.

4.2. Payout Currency:

The default payout currency is also the United States Dollar (USD). This may vary based on your preferences and jurisdiction. Please be aware that payout currency, timing, and options may be subject to our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4.3. Other Currencies:

We aim to offer additional currencies to facilitate understanding and accessibility for your international customers. As a result, prices may be displayed in local currencies for customers outside the United States. These additional currency displays are for convenience only and do not constitute a currency exchange service.

Please be aware that the currency conversions shown are generated by our automatic system and reflect your final pricing. Any currency displayed in any jurisdiction is considered the definitive price for that transaction.

In any sinerio where you are expecting prospective buyers from certain customers outside United States (USA), And you are not sure about the final pricing in their local currency, you should contact us for enquiries about the final price displayed in any country and you could change your price from your creator portal thereby perfecting your pricing.

4.4. Sales Currency:

Even if your product’s price is set in USD, it may be displayed to international customers in their local currency. The final price shown to them will be considered the definitive amount. Despite our and our payment partners’ best efforts to ensure that your payments are received in full, there may be slight variations in the final settlement amount. Sales made within the United States or charged in USD will retain the full value of the actual price.

4.5. Currency Exchange:

We are not a financial institution and do not handle currency exchange. Any currency conversion is managed by our partners or your financial institution during payouts. We may implement certain fees depending on specific conditions related to currency exchange.

 

5. Sales and Fees

5.1. Transaction Fees:

For each sale you make through our platform, an 8% transaction fee will be applied. This fee is deducted from the total sale amount before it is available for withdrawal. As a result, you will receive 92% of the sale amount. This transaction fee covers the costs associated with processing payments, including payment gateway fees, handling, and administrative costs.

 

*Example:* If you make a sale of $100, the 8% transaction fee will amount to $8. Therefore, you will receive $92 for that sale.

5.2. Payout Fees:

When you request a payout at any time, a 2% payout fee will be charged on the total amount being transferred to you.

2%+2USD (For First withdrawal in a month)

If you are outside United States (USA) and you choose to receive payout in United States Dolars (USD) the fee for payout is 2.5% of the actual payout amount.

This fee covers the administrative and transaction costs involved in processing your payment.

 

*Example: If you request a payout of $500, the 1% payout fee will amount to $5. Therefore, you will receive $495 after the fee is deducted.

5.3. Account Maintenance Fee:

Depending on the subscription package you choose, an account maintenance may be charged. This fee will be automatically deducted from your first sale made, after subscribing to a package. Please note that some subscription packages do not incur any maintenance fees. For detailed information on which packages include this fee and which do not, please refer to the ‘Packages’ section of this agreement.

 

*Example: If your package includes an account maintenance fee, and you make a sale of $100, the $2.50 maintenance fee will be deducted from your earnings, leaving you with $97.50 from that sale.

Currency exchange fees: We do not outrightly charge for facilitating any currency exchange, currency conversion is dynamic, in any case where we charges in facilitating an exchange on your funds, we would include the notice in your invoice or email sent to you.

We reserved the rights to charge you on currency conversion at anytime, with or without any pre-notice to you

 

6. Buyer Dispute and Refund Policy

 

As a creator on our online content hosting platform, it is important to be aware of our policies regarding disputes and refund requests from buyers. While we strive to ensure that all content provided is of the highest accuracy and quality to minimize the need for refunds, we acknowledge that circumstances may arise where buyers or learners may request a refund.

6.1. Dispute and Refund Requests:

Buyers and learners have the right to dispute a payment and request a refund for various reasons. These reasons may include but are not limited to:

 

– Unintended Purchase: The buyer did not intend to make the purchase.

– Fraudulent Transactions: The purchase was made using unauthorized or fraudulent means.

– Other Valid Reasons: Any other reasons deemed legitimate by the platform or buyer.

6.2. Refund Policy:

We strive to provide accurate and top-standard content,  Therefore we do not automatically approve refund requests. Instead, we handle such requests on a case-by-case basis.

6.3. Dispute Notification and Response:

In the event that a buyer initiates a dispute or requests a refund, we will notify you as the creator. You will then have the opportunity to respond to the dispute and provide any relevant information or evidence to support your case.

6.4. Platform’s Discretion:

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the information provided and the specifics of each case. Our decision will be guided by our commitment to fairness and the platform’s policies.

6.5. Final Decision:

The final decision regarding refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the platform, and creators are expected to cooperate with the dispute resolution process.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and transparent process for both buyers and creators on our platform.

7. Fund Management and Payouts

 

7.1 Sales Funds:

Sales funds will generally be available for withdrawal within five business days after the sale is completed.

7.2. Payout Schedule:

Payouts will be processed according to one of the following schedules, depending on your eligibility as determined by Auqot:

– Three Business Days: For accounts meeting specific criteria.

– Seven Business Days: For standard payout accounts.

– Fourteen Business Days: For accounts with additional verification or compliance requirements.

7.3. withdrawal Requests:

You have the right to request a withdrawal of your funds at any time. Withdrawal requests will be processed according to our standard procedures and within the timeframe specified.

Kindly note the limit below applies to withdraw.

– Withdrawal mimimum limits 5USD

– Maximum limit: Not specified, (Determined on case to case basis)

*kindly note that withdrawal limit is not same as minimum balance, Auqot operates zero balance, that is, you man withdraw all your available balance.

Furthermore maximum limits doesn’t implies that we would hold your money, it means that you might not be able to with more than certain amount at a time. This measures is necessary so that Auqot sits right with legal obligations.

8. Data Backup and Content Liability

 

8.1 Backup Responsibility:

While Auqot uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data and content, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of your content. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your content to prevent data loss due to unforeseen events, including technical issues or other disruptions.

8.2 Provision of Content:

In the event of any service disruption, you remain responsible for ensuring that your students and buyers have access to your content. Auqot is not liable for providing alternative access or compensating for any disruption in content availability.

9. Modifications and Termination

 

9.1. Modifications to Terms:

Auqot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9.2. Termination of Service:

We may terminate or suspend your access to Auqot.com at our discretion, particularly in cases of breach of this Agreement. You may also terminate your account by following the account termination process in your settings.

10. Conflicts with Other Terms

 

10.1. Terms Conflicts:

In the event of a conflict between these terms and any other terms or policies on Auqot.com, the provisions of this Agreement will prevail unless specifically stated otherwise. Any terms not explicitly covered in this Agreement but included in other general terms or policies on our website will also apply. We encourage you to review our website’s general terms and conditions to understand all applicable policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

 

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties:

Auqot and its affiliates make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the platform. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11.2 Limitation of Liability:

Auqot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
