10. Payments and Orders.
10.1. Orders.
Once you place orders from us, you will be required to pay the order amount with various payment option that we offer.
We allow express checkout on our website where you do no need to create and account with us in this case we will collect less information from you, during checkout you could choose not to disclose any information other than information to fulfill the order. Kindly note you need to compleye your profile as necessary.
10.1.2. Successful Orders.
An order is successfully where we received payment and we have fully fulfilled and delivered your order to you.
10.1.3. Cancellation Of Orders
You may be able to cancel your order before and after payment only if we have not fully fulfilled and delivered your order to you. You agree that you would not be able to cancel any order after we delivered your order.
We would cancel any unpaid order after 24hours.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
10.2. Payment Policy.
We accept payments from all debit and credit cards with ease, and other bank wire, ACH and other regular bank transfer and mobile banking app payments.
Any available payment option will be visible to you during checkout.
We accept credit and debit cards Payments and other payments type, we do not expressly accept any other payments not specified in this payment terms, although we may accept other form of payments, but you’ll need to contact our payment team and specify the type of payment that suits you.

We do not support third party payment, by continuing our services you agree that you will not make a third party payment to us. We reserve the right to reject any payment.
10.2.7. Payment Fees.
We do not charge customers or buyers any fees, however you maybe subjected to certain fees implemented by your bank.
10.2.8. Successful Payments.
After you input your payment details and click the payment icon, a successful order payment message will display, and we may send successful payment notice with receipt of your payment to your email address. Your payment is successful only when our payment processor notified us of your successful payment. Once your payment is successfully we will begin to process your order immediately, For certain situations that may arise by using our services, you agree that successful payment does not guarantee the order fulfilment from us.
10.2.9. Invoice Payments.
On your request, we may send invoices to you. Make sure the invoice is paid before 24 hours afterwards you receive the invoice, or the invoice will expire, and the order will be cancelled.
10.2.10. Declined Payments.
For numerous reasons, payments may fail or declined, payment may fail if a customer is trying to use an unacceptable payment method or customer has insufficient funds or incorrect card details and / or any other reason not specified.
If payment failed or declined money would not be deducted from your account in case where you were debited but payment fails or declined, you should contact us, and we’ll forward your complaint to our payment processor. And if the charges are from us and your orders are not successful, we will refund the funds to you through your initial payment method

If we have acted with reasonable precautions and/or in accordance with our legal obligations, we are not liable for any unauthorized, incorrectly, unexecuted, or delayed payment transactions when such issues were caused by abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

Payment made through our website goes directly to our payment processor, by using our services you agree that online payment has no warranty, therefore some payments may lost or fail and or decline, We will not be liable for any lost of funds or any damage electronically or physical or emotional and or any damage arising in the process of using our services.

12. Refund and Returns Policy.
12.1. Payment made to us.
Payment made directly to us for our services, such as but not limited to paid membership, other subscriptions and payments are not expressly refundable. In other words, in the highly not refundable, most of our orders are fulfilled almost instantly. You agree that you may not get full or any refund on any payments made to us.
12.2. For other payments e.g courses, products.
Consider our platform as a market place, a market place is a space where multiple companies and entrepreneurs showcase their products for sale or for free. We tried as much as we could to make sure all contents are upto industry standards, yet we acknowledge that a content might not be what you are looking for, In such cases we want to employ you to be ever careful in selecting contents by going through the outlines and terms and requirements e.t.c of any contents you might be interested in, doing so will keep you well informed in advance what is included in the content.
In any instance where you wish to request a refund, you must always contact us directly. Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You agree that you will contact us directly for any refund claim, if you file a dispute then we will have to go through the dispute process with you and we would not be able to refund you directly incase you qualify for a refund, filing a dispute when you might qualify for a refund will make your refund time delayed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (In case it is physical products.)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as but not limited to food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Payment for contents such as courses and e-books e.t.c maybe be refundable, in any case where you have a reason to request for a refund you need to contact us.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any digital assets purchased from us
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery (digital products) and 7 days for physical products.
12.5. Exchanges

12.6. Paid Membership.
Paid membership payments are non refundable.
12.7. Order Cancelled
You can expressly get partial refund for payment only for orders that we have not fulfilled and delivered. You will be liable for any fees incurred for this refund
12.8. Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
12.9. Shipping returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
